Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a Trader, whose responsibilities are as follows:

  • plan, build, run and report on digital advertising campaigns programmatically in an efficient and effective way. Offer advice on how to improve the customer’s media buying or digital strategy.
  • act as a programmatic consultant for your own, dedicated accounts: use your expertise to guide the customer (internal and external) through the most efficient and tactical ways of buying media.
  • share your knowledge within the team internally, as well.
  • other digital marketing related projects based on your own expertise and interests.

The Ideal Candidate

It would be a big plus if you had worked with or were comfortable already with large amounts of and different types of data. We value the expertise and experience of our traders, but the most efficient and effective digital strategies are realized through continuous optimisations based on what we can deduce from data – which is why each campaign will need the trader’s analytical input. Please note that your experience with data does NOT have to be from within advertising.

We expect you to be comfortable with organizational tasks and project management, so you can keep up with the fast moving pace of our industry. We will provide you with full training when you join, but also keep offering you more of that regularly to help in your daily work. We want you to be constantly learning and improving yourself, so you will love returning to work and helping your customers succeed!

We value proactivity and flexibility, ideally combined with a curious and tenacious mindset. The team are full of individuals with their own areas of expertise and interests, but they also work very independently – all of this we also expect of you.
